This Privacy Policy for Job Applicants includes information about the personal information Evernote Corporation and its Group Companies (together, “Evernote,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) process about job applicants or other individuals who apply to work for Evernote and third parties whose information is provided to us in connection with the application, such as references.

Note that in order to fulfill your request, we may need you to provide certain information to verify your identity, such as providing evidence that matches the personal information we maintain about you. You can designate an authorized agent to exercise these rights on your behalf. Your authorized agent will be asked to verify (i) the individual about which the request relates, and (ii) their identity and written authorization to act as your agent.
